Driving a minibus with 14+ passengers is not the same as driving a car!

The now Nationally recognised MiDAS scheme was set up by Hampshire County Council and taken over by the Community Transport Association U.K. who continue to administer the scheme, designed to enhance minibus driving standards and promote the safer operation of minibuses.

At Castle Quarry we are appointed training agents, with experienced Driver Assesor/ Trainers (DAT's)

We can offer you up to date training in the skills and information needed to drive a minibus. Learn the theory side in a classroom setting, have a practical session with a trained instructor, undertake a short assessment of your driving and complete a short theory test paper. You and your passengers will be aware that your driving competence has been assessed to a common country-wide standard.
